Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and creative Advertising and Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, conduct market research, develop content strategies, and support the growth of our brands across social and video channels. A working knowledge of or genuine interest in AI video tools is a welcome advantage, as we are actively exploring how AI-powered content production can complement our marketing output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deploy, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and YouTube, monitoring spend, reach, and conversion performance.
  • Conduct market research to track consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and emerging digital trends, and present findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote products, brands, or services across relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging digital content including scripts, video concepts, and copy tailored to specific target audiences (e.g. children’s entertainment, health and wellness).
  • Utilise YouTube SEO techniques to improve channel visibility, reach, and video performance metrics.
  • Brief and collaborate with creative team members on campaign requirements; monitor campaign progress and report on results.
  • Identify and recommend adjustments to campaigns in areas such as targeting, content format, budget allocation, and scheduling.
  • Assist in the preparation of performance reports and present data-led insights to support business decision-making.
  • Liaise with clients or internal teams to understand marketing goals and translate these into effective digital strategies.
  • Support the ongoing management of brand presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistency of tone and messaging.

Entry Requirements & Qualifications

The following qualifications and experience are sought:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital marketing role is required; demonstrable hands-on experience managing campaigns and producing content will be expected at interview.
  • A degree in Marketing Management, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience running Facebook or YouTube advertising campaigns, with evidence of performance monitoring and optimisation.
  • Experience in content creation, including scriptwriting, video planning, and social media post development.
  • Familiarity with YouTube SEO principles and tools used to grow channel performance.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. CapCut or similar) and basic graphic design tools.
  • Native-level Vietnamese is required; the role involves creating and reviewing content targeting Vietnamese-speaking audiences and liaising with regional partners.
  • Proficient level of written and spoken English is essential; IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent) is required. Candidates with Vietnamese as their first language and demonstrated professional English proficiency are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Additional professional certifications (e.g. WordPress, Google or Meta platform training) are a distinct advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Essential:

  • Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and YouTube advertising — including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management.
  • Content planning and scriptwriting for digital video formats.
  • Market research and consumer audience analysis.
  • Ability to produce and present clear performance reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Native Vietnamese speaker with full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.

Desirable:

  • Experience targeting international or multilingual markets.
  • Understanding of luxury brand marketing, global marketing strategy, or advertising principles.
  • Experience with website management tools such as WordPress, Joomla
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms (e.g. Runway, Kling, Pika, or Sora); a portfolio of AI video work is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI voiceover or AI avatar tools (e.g. HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, or Murf).
  • Basic understanding of prompt engineering for image and video AI (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion).
